How to measure

  • Chest: wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms.
  • Waist: measure around your natural waistline (narrowest point).
  • Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips.
  • Inseam: inside leg from crotch to ankle bone.
